Député Jacques Montagne submitted the following resolution;

Whereas Casper Moore made the Nation proud and impressed fans around Terra with an impressive performance, winning in the International Tennis Championship (http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=407274&nation=27);

Whereas the Monarch of the Rildanor, His Majesty, Jean, and his Grand Royal Deputy and Viceroy, the Président d'Assemblée nationale des Rildanoriennes, Mdm. Magnolia Steinmetz, have personally congratulated Casper Moore with the victory;

Whereas Rildanor demonstrated that it can compete with the elite tennis programs in the world; and

Whereas her achievement reflects the growth in popularity of tennis in the Rildanor and the importance of athletic participation for building character and confidence in the Nation's youth: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Assemblée nationale--
(1) congratulates Casper Moore for his historic performance in the 3599 International Tennis Championship;

(2) recognizes the Rildanor National Tennis Team head coach Jozef Jones, the team's coaching, training, and administrative personnel;

(3) awards him and their coaches each with a nobility title of Seigneur also referred to by dame for woman or sieur i.e. sir, followed by the name of their hometown, as in sieur de Tiralle and a royal cash gift from the Monarch; and

(4) commends the Rildanor Tennis Association, the Rildanorienne Tennis Foundation, and coaches and parents of young and old tennis players around the country for their role in the success of tennis in the Rildanor.
