| The Zardugal - Nia Hejmo/Ordo de Saint Parnu propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Federacio de Zardugal (Zardugal). The biggest bank of Zardugal - the TBS Banco Zardugal would bankrupt unless we overtake it. Economy can't afford bank bankrupcy as that would push Zardugal into crysis of no equals, into dark ages. The liabilities of the Bank is huge, therefore we need to assign money to save it. We shall take money from military, in times of serious financial issues we can't afford to play the regional cop anymore.. p.s. We wont be able to continue mandatory military service. |

Old value:: All banks are privately owned.
Current: The government operates a central bank and all other banks are private.
Proposed: The government operates large, national banks, but small community based private banks are allowed.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government policy on industry and subsidies to industrial operations.
Old value:: The state owns the commanding heights of the economy and all major industries, but private ownership is allowed in the minor industries.
Current: Certain industries are owned by the state, all others are under private ownership.
Proposed: The government acts as an investor of last resort, by nationalizing failing industries that provide vital goods or services.

Old value:: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.
Current: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option.
Proposed: There shall be no mandatory military or civilian national service.
