Bill: Updates to the Cultural Protocols

Details

Submitted by[?]: AM Radical Libertarian Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 3608

Description[?]:

In the 350 years since the adoption of "Cultural Protocols for Likatonia" in 3287, successive waves of immigration from the west have changed the makeup of the population of the country. These recent immigrants, being underrepresented by the existing parties, flocked to the AM RLP as an alternative to the entrenched aristocracy. This has led to certain conflicts, as the immigrant groups have tried to force their cultural heritage over the old, existing culture.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols.

Random quote: “The people's war isn't just a war of destruction, it is also a war of construction. We will build new facilities, new hospitals, new farms. We will seek to improve the lives of the people around us. This struggle will be as costly as the struggle against the bourgeois army, and indeed will be even more damaging to the enemy.” - Comrade X, former Hulstrian politician
