| The Jezbltmojad is to be an advisory body that is convened by the reigning Khan to advise him on certain issues concerning the monarchy Article 1 These include: approval of royal and noble marriages, pardons, application of customary law and ironing out disputes between the court and the Kurultai. Article 2 The Jezbltmojad shall be made up of all 25 clan Chiefs and presided over by the Khan. Article 3 It is a purely advisory body and the Khan is not bound by its advice except on issues relating to customary law. Article 4 The body may only be convened by the Khan in the Purple Palace (Baofluz) Article 5 No member of the Kurultai (or any other legislative body) may serve in this august body. |
