The head of state shall have the following additional powers and is required to be a man:

1. He has to appoint the cabinet and all its members but has to accept the will of the people
2. He appoints all political and administrativ personnel and can reject such appointments if this person is:
a) foreign
b) was or is criminal
c) already have a poltical job
3. He has to sign every law and directive and has to be kept up to date in terms of the everday governmental business
4. He has the right to pardon every person out of prison or in a onoing trial or charge.
5. He has the right to give the citizenship to every person.
6. He and his family as well as his property enjoy absolute Indeminity during his lifespan.
