| We have looked into the issue and realised that democracy is the best bet for Jelbanian development and success. - Starting from January 3610(backdated), we will allow all parties to register with the new Electoral Commission -The Electoral Commission shall be an independent agency, led by a Chair and three Deputy Chairs -The Kurultai shall be reformed to a democratically elected body, with the method of proportional representation used, In time the body shall be expanded -The election of the Khan shall be moved to the 25 member Council of Chiefs.
