| It is with great sadness that we announce that His Imperial and Most Illustrous Luthoran Majesty, Kaiser Otto of Hulstria, has died peacefully in his sleep. By his death, and through his will, leaving no male heirs, the Crown is rightfully come to his eldest daughter, Her Imperial Highness the Archduchess Josephine, who we, the Imperial Diet and Länderrat of Hulstria and Gao-Soto, in this Imperial Assembly at Kien assembled, with the Lords of the Imperial Court of Hulstria, with the Bürgermeister, Schöffen and Freemen of the City of Kien, with the Crownland Diets of Hulstria, Budenlar and Kuratha, and with the Archbishop of Kien on behalf of the General Synod of the Luthoran Church, do now proclaim, by the Grace of God Almighty, to be our sovereign Kaiserin, Her Imperial and Most Illustrous Luthoran Majesty, Josephine von Rothingren-Traugott, by the Grace of God, Empress of Hulstria, Queen of Budenlar; Grand Duchess of Hilgar and Kuratha, Duchess of Mitrania, Electress of Tinako; Princess-Royal of Alduria; Princess-Royal of Luthori; Countess-Palatine of Phönix and Flieder; Duchess of Marchau, Straussia, and Traugott; Grand Duchess of Malchik, Tirvoslavl, & Stary Kautsky; Grand Princess of Vorm; Margrave of New Yodukan, New Luthor, and New Liore; Grand Duchess of Belgae; Princely Countess of Rothingren, Graaffsberg, and Veilchen; Princess of Hennersdam and Korriel; Grand Protectress and Queen of Histapland, Laktaland, Dsiefudiengan and Südutari. And that we declare through our solemn affirmation and declaration that the said title and the family name of Rothingren-Traugott shall pass through her matrilineally to her heirs and successors, according to law. To whom we, the citizens of Hulstria, humbly pledge our allegiance and pray that Almighty God may grant Her Imperial and Most Illustrous Luthoran Majesty many happy years long to reign over us.
