If passed, this bill will allow employers to freely fire striking workers. This bill is being proposed due to a poll on the subject, the results of which were made known in April of this yeear which stated that 33.59% of people believe that "Employers are free to fire workers who go on strike." However due to certain treaties which this nation has signed onto it is not possible to change legislation to be in perfect accordance with this statistic the ACP has decided to take up the position expressed below in Article 1. |
