Bill: Noumonde Act of 3614

Details

Submitted by[?]: Parti Nationaliste 🌞

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 3615

Description[?]:

Indrala has taken over Noumonde in Squibble because of the Rildanorienne government ineffective measures to control Noumonde and due to the ongoing Cold War between Rildanor and the Canrille's Kanjor.

The Rildanorienne government, however, supports the claim of Indrala, our treaty ally, over Noumonde as the government believes Indrala can manage Noumonde effectively and can directly engage Kanjor over their claims on it. However, the Rildanorienne Foreign Minister proposes that autonomy be granted to Noumonde, to protect the Canrillaise-speaking people, culture, especially our citizens living there.

But the autonomy proposal is rejected, due to the fact that Noumonde is being now sold to Luthori by Indrala. Hence, the government of Rildanor will now negotiate to Luthori.

The Assemblée nationale des Rildanoriennes has voted to withdraw all claims to Noumonde so that Rildanor can focus on itself alone.

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.

Random quote: "Whenever the people are well informed, they can be trusted with their own government; that whenever things get so far wrong as to attract their notice, they may be relied on to set them to rights." - Thomas Jefferson
