| With the threat of the vast and growing armies in the accursed Southern empire and her suspicious acuistion of the Emirate of Kafuristan, the Khanate has no choice but to mobilise a field army totalling 384, 553 troops (organised in 21 divisions ), 278 combat aircraft and 16 warships. The gracious and patriotic clans have agreed to furnish 31,400 paramilitary forces. - All defence forces are to be under high alert and deployed long our western and southern borders. - The Khanate will observe a policy of strict neutrality in the dispute between the Banded States of Vanuku and the Felinist Republic of Barmenia.. - This decree shall also put the command of our armed forces entirely in the hands of our illustrious Yabek Gen.
