| Whereas, the Republic of Kafuristan has been invaded by a foreign subsided political force known as the 'Red Horde which has usurped power from the legitimate government Whereas, the Augustan Empire has supported this illegal coup and inducted the Republic of Kafuristan into the Empire in a subtle but clear form of aggression against the Anti-Augustan League Whereas the Republic of Kafuristan is a full member of the Anti-Augustan League and entitled to mutual defense from her allies and co-members. Therefore, the Kurultai of Jelbania shall authorize war against the entire Augustan Empire until the legitimate government and independence of the Republic of Kafuristan is restored and the illegal occupiers deposed and punished according to Kafuri and international law. The Kurultai of Jelbania also declares an immediate economic embargo on the Augustan Empire and all of her self proclaimed military and political allies. The Kurultai also declares this to be a war of pre-emptive defence considering the Augustan Empire to be a threat to the continued existence of the Khanate of Jelbania and her allies in the Anti-Augustan League. OOC Agreement In the course of this role play, - The war may lead to the possible conquest of the Khanate of Jelbania (Jelbék Hajánknstat (Jelbania)) by the Augustan Empire - The war may end with the possible collapse of the Augustan Empire |
