Description[?]:

The Central Government of Deltaria recognizes the various crimes against humanity the officeholders of the state have committed. We are committed to rectifying these sometimes horrible past injustices through the following means:

Deltarian National Commission on Historical Crimes- this body will compile a full and comprehensive report on the human rights abuses caused by the old Czarist regime against the people of Deltaria. To better order the workload the commission will not look at crimes before 3500.

Deltarian Civil War Investigative Commission- this body will look through the annals of our history and determine the causes, events and aftermath of the bloody Civil War from 3460-3480. A special focus will be on crimes against humanity, massacres of opponents and how members of the international community at the time fueled this conflict.

Colonial Truth and Justice Commission- this body will work to determine the nature of our former colonial occupations and how we administered the areas. Focus will be on slavery, treatment of natives and human rights.

Lake Majatra War Commission- this commission will focus on the wars fought by Deltaria and its allies against Zardugal and her allies and how our forces conducted themselves. Special focus will be on treatment of POW's, administration of occupied territories and conduct of our leaders and commander during the war. Will look at the years from 3485-3512.

Doron Akigo Justice Commission- unspeakable horrors have been committed against these people and it is the duty of the government that failed to protect them to investigate and bring light and closure to the families who were affected. We will look at the treatment of these people, the Zardic intervention and subsequent rule. Will focus on years from 3550-3600.

The Central Government is committed to righting past wrongs and bringing Deltaria into the modern age. For those officials and persons involved still living and present in Deltaria a special tribunal, named the Deltarian Human Rights Tribunal will be created to try those charged with crimes against humanity.

Random fact: Players who consent to a particular role-play by acknowledging it in their own role-play cannot then disown it or withdraw their consent from it. For example, if player A role-plays the assassination of player B's character, and player B then acknowledges the assassination in a news post, but then backtracks and insists the assassination did not happen, then he will be required under the rules to accept the validity of the assassination role-play.
