In response to the declaration of war on our Empire by the Jelbanians, the Coburan government upon passage of this bill shall commit the entirety of its armed forces to the war against Jelbania. Upon passage of this bill the Praetorian Prefect and Defense Logothete of Cobura shall be granted emergency war time powers.The Domestic of the North, Nikandro Heraklito, shall lead the Army of the North working closely with Coburan Defense Logothete and grand official of the Coburan Armed Forces Sergei Kristov, in repelling the Jelbek hordes and will defend out homeland from the northern barbarians.
