Description[?]:
Recommendations formulated by the Ministers Ito Ryouichi and Chung Yuuki have allowed for the government to hand down a decision on how to deal with the greatest threats to the stability of Dankuk. Learning from the events of the past five years, it is clear to this nation that one of these great threats is the recurrent extremism of the Draddwyr. These disruptions to order of our nation and to the lives of our people are unacceptable. In order to address this problem, and to ensure the future of Dankuk, the government will pursue new policies regarding the Draddwyr and the Commonwealth of Northern Dovani (CND). Effective immediately, martial law is effective in the CND and the Dankuk Armed Forces will uphold law and order. The Governor-General is removed and the CND legislature is stripped of its power. Minister of Internal Affairs Ito Ryouichi is appointed to oversee the CND and to help the Ministry of Defense efficiently maintain order. Violators of the martial law policies enacted by Minister Ito and the Dankuk Armed Forces will be harshly punished. Additionally, any dissent and/or violations of curfew will not be tolerated. The overall objective of this proclamation is to purify the CND of destabilizing circumstances and to instill a sense of pride for Dankuk. It has never been an easy path, but we shall continue to strive to make a better society for our future generations! The hardships endured now shall never have to be felt in the future; society shall be peaceful and prosperous! --- LEE Dong-seung President of Dankuk 8th of July, 3631 |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
