| By order of his Majesty, King Moric I: Section 1 A fact finding Commission of five members - the Military Reform Commission shall be appointed to review the state of the Union's Armed Forces Section 2 The Commission shall have access to all records related to its mission directly or indirectly and all government agencies are ordered to cooperate with the MRC and any person obstructing it s work shall be disciplined accordingly. Section 3 The Commission shall be consist of the following members 1. Grand Hetman Gróf Bartolomej z Csák 2. Vice Grand Hetman Lt. Gen Shjlamai Shjlamaisrmko Vrn 3. Pán Bratislav Jourová, Chief of General Staff of the Union of Deltaria 4. Grand Admiral Barón Martin Dienstbier 5 Air Marshal Pán Wollavon Agila Section 4 The commission shall sit for the next two years and will be bound to produce a report on its progress every six months to the Royal council and the Veche.
