| His Majesty Sultan Khalid I, Custodian of the Holy City of Helem declares that: Section 1 A grand mosque shall be built in the capital city, al-Kasraj by November 3657 Akim willing. We shall make it in part our residence and most of the rest shall accommodate the Umma for worship. Section 2 The budget for the building shall be in total 500 million LOD, paid out in installments of 100 million LOD each year Section 3 The Ahmad mosque shall have a capacity of at least 250,000 and architects are directed to come up with a design accommodating this figure. Section 4 The Minister of Infrastructrure and the Minister of State for Religious Affairs shall supervise the project on behalf of the Sultan and will also supervise our household's movement from the al-Hadra Palace to the Ahmad Mosque once this is practical. The Ministers are ordered to consult with senior religious leaders on the advancement of the project. Section 5 All persons are ordered to refrain from disturbing or slowing down the process either by loitering or laziness. Any person found doing either of the two will be sentenced to 50 lashes and/or a year in prison. November 23, 3652 |
