Bill: Royal Title Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: Conservative and Reformist Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 3653

Description[?]:

The Minister of Internal Affairs, The Rt Hon. George Hyland MP, has been tasked with the reviewing of the titles of the head of state Philip V. Following the shameful and shambolic administration of the Fascist Party and the subsequent signing of the Treaty of Port Morgan which handed over all of Luthori's colonies to Indrala the head of state's titles are incorrect and invalid. Therefore, a new title for the head of state must be considered.

The Minister of Internal Affairs, The Rt Hon. George Hyland MP, upon receiving guidance with his ministry has suggested:

- His Royal Majesty King Philip V, Ruler of the Luthorians, Commander of the Armed Forces, Defender of the Faith, Reigning over the Government of the Luthorian Kingdom

If the head of state is female the title shall be altered accordingly to 'Her Royal Majesty Queen'.
