His Holiness Caliph Khalid, the Commander of the Faithful orders that:

Section 1
No new houses of worship shall be given building permits in the Caliphate by any government official.

Section 2
Houses of worship belonging to religions not considered to be of the book (Ahmadiyya, Hosianism and Yeudism) shall be demolished and all occupants expelled. This has to be done by July 14, 3655.

Section 3
Houses of worship belonging to people of the book other Ahmadiyya are forbidden to build any extensions without applying to the Caliph for an exemption. illegal extension will earn the builder a fine of 500,000 LOD and 150 lashes.

Section 4
Any Ahmadi who chooses to obstruct the demolitions or other provisions in this decree shall earn the sentence of death for apostasy. all other shall be sentenced to 150 lashes and 7 years imprisonment.
