| Dear Senators, in the wake of the recent funny and disturbing tries to establish a council as majority representation of the people of Selucia we, as the strong national government, have decided to act. Should both other parties no agree to enter in a government coalition within the next 24 hours, the Imperial Senate by passing this law will declare a "special situation" with all appropriate powers made available for the government. This will automatically trigger unimaginable actions by the Selucian authorities.
