| Rutania must make great strides to reduce our infrastructure and facilities deficit. Over two years the federal government will increase funding to infrastructure and transport, health and social services and education and culture to address these short comings. Rutania has run a surplus for a significant period of time; this government understands the needs and priorities of Rutanians and has the fiscal room to address them without significantly financially indebting. We must use our financial leverage to address our infrastructure deficit. By 3665 Solidarity promises to move towards a balanced budget. |
