Description[?]:
| (1) All adult males, according to Trigunian law are required to serve a term in the military upon completion of schooling; (2) The term which they are required to serve is a period of 2 years, the conscript may at that point finish their military service or they may continue with their military service; (3) All men and women from ages 18-35 and in good health are required to serve a term of service in the Armed Forces of the Trigunian Republic, good health will be determined by doctors of the Armed Forces of the Trigunian Republic; (4) Trigunian adult citizens who are conscripted into service may forgo military service temporarily by attending post-secondary education and must present this information to the local military district in their province. Following the completion of post-secondary education the adult citizen is required to do the standard 2 years of military service; (5) Adult Trigunian citizens who attempt to escape, forgo or otherwise no fulfill their military service are subjected to arrest by the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the Ministry of Defense and serve a prison sentence of a maximum of 2 years. |
