| President of the Trigunian Republic - Президент Tpигyниской Республики Chairman of the Government (Prime Minister) - Председатель Правительства State Duma - Госуда́рственная ду́ма The President of the Trigunian Republic will be the de facto leader of the nation. The President will be elected by a popular vote in the 5 regions of the Trigunian Republic. The President will be responsible for a myriad of activities including the appointment of the Chairman of the Government who is then responsible for present a government to the State Duma (National Legislature) within 30 days of their appointment. The Chairman of the Government serves at the behest of the President and the people of the Trigunian Republic. The State Duma will be a unicameral 250 seat party-list proportional elected legislature. The Government of the Trigunian Republic will comprise the Council of Ministers of the Trigunian Republic as well as the various government agencies which make up the various branches of the Council of Ministers. The Chairman of the Government will serve as the head of the Government. The State Duma will be chaired by the Chairman of the State Duma who is elected by a yes-no secret ballot vote, at the opening of the newest session of the State Duma the eldest member of the house will leader the house in the opening of the session, these men are known as the Fathers of the House. The Council of Ministers of the Trigunian Republic will comprise 12 ministries and 1 office: -- Executive Administrative Office of the Chairman of the Government -- Ministry of Foreign Affairs -- Ministry of Internal Affairs -- Ministry of Defense -- Ministry of Finance and Economic Development -- Ministry of Justice -- Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport -- Ministry of Health and Social Services -- Ministry of Education and Culture -- Ministry of Science and Technology -- Ministry of Food and Agriculture -- Ministry of Environment and Tourism -- Ministry of Trade and Industry The Chairman of the Government may appoint members as government ministers with 2/3 approval of the State Duma. |
