| I would like to report to the Premier Ministre that decrease of 0.2 billion was unacceptable to the economic analysts of the Karav University. However, we will not propose increase in Defence (maximum increase is 0.2 billion only) after 10 years and all I can say is we can not lower anymore our spending budget for the defence. As stated by the programs of the MSR, we would like to request approval from the Senate again to increase our health services for the second time. |
