Unions wil give more freedom to workers and will give hem power on the government. 1 all industries will be run by DWC 2 all unions will have the right to strike 3 NO employers will have the right to fire striking unions. 4 All unions will have the right to go on sympathy strike. Old value:: Only closely related trade unions can walk out on a sympathy strike in support of other striking workers.
Current: Secondary strike action is illegal. Workers and unions can only go on strike for their own pay and conditions.
