| We propose a Federal Republic of Kirlawa. The Provinces shall have the right to vote on state budgets, allocated to them by the Federal Government, and to vote on laws regarding local matters. They shall be led by a Minister-President, elected for four years directly by voters of any gender, aged 16 and over. They shall each have a local legislature, The Assembly of (Province Name), members of which shall be elected for four years directly. Any laws passed may be vetoed by the Prime Minister. |
