Details
Submitted by[?]: 반동주의자당 (Bandongjuuijadang)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 3686
Description[?]:
Upon the passage of this bill, the nation is renamed the "Enlightened People's Republic of Dankuk (단국계몽인민공화국)" We the Supreme People's Assembly, legal successor the Royal Assembly, having assumed sole executive and legislative authority for the duration of the crisis - declare Dankuk is now a Enlightened People's Republic. The former King, having failed to appear before this assembly when demanded, is hereby stripped of his responsibilities and made a private citizen - as is his entire family. The Kingship itself is declared vacant until such a time when a new election can be held, in which the Kyo people will elect a new head of state from amongst themselves. Given the current crisis and the extent of the plot against the revolution, the Enlightened People's Republic of Dankuk's first action is to formerly dissolve the armed forces of the former Kingdom of Dankuk and to announce the creation of a People's Army to defend the Great Sentient Proletarian Revolution. The Enlightened People's Republic of Dankuk is the sole legitimate government of Dankuk, and to take up arms against it is treason. For the achievement of Socialism and the Mass Enlightenment, glory to the Revolution! |
