Bill: Higher accountability Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Vanguard for Virtue & Righteousness
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 3704
Description[?]:
Although clergy will have no right to directly influence nobility we believe that including the clergy of the national church in the granting process and ritual will emphasize the spiritual and moral domains above the noble in questions will. Ooc: this is inspired by the fact that medieval unscrupulous monarchs and aristocrats often emphasized the state interests over religion, and the states "needs" were usually immoral and controlling. So this is symbolic of the state being accountable to a higher cause/ humility, but not dependent upon as in a ecclesiocracy. Granted we don't have a feudal aristocracy with relative impunity like the olden days but you get the point. |
