General Provisions Section 1. Jelbania shall hereafter be referred to as Jelbék Hajánékhajánknstat (Jelbania), or the Khaganate of Jelbania as the less official title. Section 2. The Khaganate's territories shall comprise all the air, water, and land territories previously under the jurisdiction of Jelbék Hajánknstat (Jelbania), and all those under its historic title. Section 3. The Khanate is hereby abolished. Section 4. The Khaganate is hereby established and held by the Imperial House of Sebastian, being restored to their status as the sovereign rulers of Jelbania. The Khaganate shall be the monarchy of Jelbania, the head of the Jelbanian state, the supreme commander of the Jelbanian armed forces, and the symbol of the unity of the Jelbanian people. |
