We cannot just give out wages,that not how it works.You work and give a few hours and then you can get paid.This current proposal will aid in cutting government spending and will promote the efforts of working.Unless the person has been unemployed for less than a period of 6 months,or disabled,they should not be given paychecks from the government. |

Proposal[?] to change Guarantee of minimum income.
Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.
Current: There shall be no direct cash payments to individuals to guarantee a minimum income.
