| In order to advance greater sexual freedom for the people of Kazulia, De venstregrønne has decided to alter some of its previous policy positions. While there are legitimate concerns relating to both pornography and marriages involving more than one person we do not see such phenomena as inherently damaging and have decided to allow them under regulated conditions. The ban on pornography moreover is largely redundant in the age of the internet and it is better, we feel, that people in a relatively egalitarian society like Kazulia should have the chance to produce, through workers cooperatives, material that represents a healthy and respectful approach to human sexuality. Article 4: Pornographic material can only be produced by democratically-managed workers cooperatives in which all participants have an equal degree of control and influence over the acts that take place. Article 5: Pornographic material depicting any form of violent or non-consensual sexual activitiy, or which incites hatred or discrimination on the basis of gender, race or sexual identity, will not be permitted. Article 6: Polygamous marriages will only be recognised with the full consent of any existing partners. |
