| I Establishment and expansion of the Military Police Force. 1.1 The Police Force shall be abolished, with the examption of the traffic police and detective units. 1.2 The current employees of the police force will be integrated within the Military Police Force. 1.3 The detective units and traffic police will operate semi-independent under the instructions of the Military Police. II Homosexuality is criminalized within the Army. 2.1 The Army has the right to actively search for homosexuals within the army. 2.2 Homosexuals have 125 days, when this bill goes in to effect, to report themselves. They would be dismissed from the military with Honour. 2.3 Homosexuals who are discovered, and have not resigned, shall be put in jail for 100 days and will be discharged with disgrace. III Paramilitary 3.1 The only Paramilitary formation allowed in the Unie van Saridan is the 'Trekker Paramilitary '. 3.2 The 'Trekker Paramilitary' is under direct control of the Godsdienstige Konserwatiewe Party. 3.3 The 'Trekker Paramilitary' can assist the Military Police Force in day to day operations. IV Shelters 4.1 Any new construction in the Unie van Saridan shall provide shelters for the public. 4.2 Old buildings who has the space to provide shelters shall get a 100% refund of its costs that is made to provide public shelter. 4.3 Any new building that doesn't comply to the law shall be abolished without compensation of the state. |
