Herr Präsident, while we do not believe that the state should be all too much involved in recreational activities, we recognize the integrative potential that sports can have on certain communities, especially those with a multicultural makeup. We those propose to let local governments decide on this issue and allow them to set up sports club as a means of community enhancement where they deem it beneficial.
