| Assuming the passage of the "Republic of Dolgaria Founding Act of 3754" - Article I - All monarchical, dynastic, or otherwise independent rule over any holding in Dolgaria is banned. The highest position of political power that can be held by a resident of a town or city is the Mayor. Article II - All of Dolgaria's major holdings will be renamed as follows: - "Karlis" will become "Dolgariapolis" - "County of Kamerforts" will become "Kamerfort" - "County of Stompils" will become "Stompils" - "Free Kerisian City of Sikrags" will become "Sikrags" - "Lordship of Odarosta" will become "Odarosta" - "Bishopric of Kungapils" will become "Kungapils" - "Karzonpils Fortress" will become "Fort Karzonpils" - "Peasant Republic of Voltonosta" will become "Voltnosta" - "Voivodeship of Peljusola" will become "Pejsola" - "Zupa of Kizenava" will become "Kizenava" - "Bulibashadom of Devantera" will become "Devantera" - "Muca Kvasa Caravan" will become "Mukvasa" - "Voivodeship of Bandava" will become "Bandava" - "Barony of Dolgarburga" will become "Dolgarburg" - "Bishopric of Apule" will become "Apule" - "Bishopric of Dariena" will become "Dariena" - "Kozi Sich" will become "Kozisich" - "Zupa of Austrezers" will become "Austrezers" - "Jedonava Sich" will become "Jedonavich" - "Voivodeship of Lapuciems" will become "Lapuciem" Article III - The Capitol of Dolgaria, including all government offices, will remain at Dolgariapolis (formerly Karlis). Article IV - To prevent confusion with the region of "Karzon", this act will rename the Province of "Kirzon Valley" to "Korzin Valley." [OOC: This is all RP onward.] Article V - All flags, standards, banners, crests, or other insignia that are representative of the former Empire of Dolgaria or any of its monarchical or dynastic claimaints are not allowed to be publicly displayed by the government or authorities in any Dolgarian holding.
