| This Act hereby releases the Republic of Dolgaria from several international obligations. Article I - The International Monarchist League (2592), ratified in 3640 by Prince Fulin Joseon As Dolgaria is renouncing its monarchist government, this nation's membership in this League is now invalid. Article II - The Keymon Free Trade Agreement (2139), ratified in 3310 by Earl Lirath As the People's Republic of Keymon has not ratified this agreement themselves, the Republic of Dolgaria is absolving its obligation to allow free trade between our two nations. Article III - The LGBT Civil Rights Protocols (3438), ratified in 3454 by the Council of Four This treaty binds the nation to obligations that have little to nothing to do with LGBT rights, including free contraceptives and positive discrimination. Since these are policies that the Republic of Dolgaria may reverse in the future, this nation can no longer commit to this treaty. This does not rule out the possibility of joining an LGBT rights treaty in the future with a stricter scope. Article IV - Treaty of Enkure (3454), ratified in 3455 by the Council of Four The Republic of Telamon has withdrawn from this treaty some time ago, voiding the treaty. Article V - Kerssian Mutual Defence & Security Pact (3580), ratified in 3581 by the Council of Four As only one other nation on Keris has ratified this treaty, it is no longer worth the Republic of Dolgaria's attention. Article VI - The Aristocratic Privileges Act (3641), ratified in 3642 by Prince Fulin Joseon As all forms of monarchy and aristocracy are now banned in the Republic of Dolgaria (as of the Republic of Dolgaria Founding Act of 3754), our successive nation can no longer adhere to this "treaty." |
