As education is a very important investment in the future of a nation, this Act aims to establish a functioning public education, and removing or heavily regulating the for-profit system currently in place. Article I - Charter schools are no longer banned, but are to be completely non-profit and have to be focused on a specific type of education. Article II - As most local governments are still recovering from the conversion of Dolgaria's government, the government will be funding and running higher education for the time being. Article III - Private education is now allowed, but is regulated. Article IV - Higher education will be subsidized to a certain point, depending on the income of a student. Article V - For-profit education is now banned, and a national public school system will be established. Private schools will be regulated. |
