| In the Year of Our Lord 3765, We, the People of Egelion united in the Cortes Generales, DECLARE that Freedom of Religion shall be granted to any citizen and resident of Egelion. No one shall be persecuted for his religious, non religious or spiritual beliefs. Furthermore, we ACKNOWLEDGE the importance and prominence in our country's values and traditions of the Hosian Church, and we declare state religion the Holy Apostolic Church of Terra, also known as the Selucian Patriarchal Church in communion with the Arch-Patriarch in Auroria. The beliefs of the Church, summed in the Aurorian Creed, are to be considered the foundation of Egelion's values and core deals. The Church, and any other religious confession, will be independent and the State will not intervene jurisdictionally nor economically. Financial support may be given for the maintenance of religious buildings of all denominations of national, cultural, and artistic interest. Also, charitable religious institutions may receive benefits for their social work. The State will not TAX the Patriarchal Church and other Recognized religions, although cults and non-recognized religions will be taxed. Religious Schools can be set up by the Patriarchal Church and other recognized religions. The structure of the Church in Egelion,as it has been for centuries recognized by the Holy Arch-Patriarch in Auroria, is ratified receives state recognition: Archdiocese of Midmont, primacy of Egelion -Diocese of Egleburg Archidocese of Demar Solad -Diocese of Jaqburg -Diocese of Ostrella Archdiocese of Cape Rozevia -Diocese of South Harbour -Diocese of Cape Franco -Diocese of Sunshores-Port Liberty Archdiocese of Kineaville -Diocese of New Kines -Diocese of Libertaria Archdiocese of Boriansburg -Diocese of Bell Harbour -Diocese of Clearshores Archdiocese of Northmoor, primacy of Caille -Diocese of Phalsefaux -Diocese of Nordland For God and Egelion!
