Article 1:

Areas of the nation with a large indigenous population may petition the government for a form of devolution - the extent of which to be debated at a later date,

Article 2:

The government wholly recognises without a doubt peoples right to self determination.

Article 3:

When petitioned by the people, the government will provide funding for languages that face extinction. This funding is to be used towards education, promoting awareness and providing materials in said language.
