| -The 3rd Army of Deltaria, consisting of 120,000 troops, shall join the 1st Army giving Deltaria a combined 245,000 soldiers, in infantry, artillery, and armored divisions on the Kalopian border. -The reserves shall be alerted and readied for possible action, as well as the navy and Air Force. -People of Kalopian or Solentian nationality are hereby expelled from the country. May Boh grant us strength. |
