| Too much of this lifeblood industry is controlled by foreigners even malignant ones like Zards. The Government proposes to remedy this by nationalising the entire mining industry. Article 4 All artisanal miners are to be exempt from the provisions of this law, it will affect only registered mining companies involved in the extraction of precious metals. Article 5 This law creates the National Mining Board, a statutory corporation charged with the management of the nationalised mines and all mineral reserves. |
