| The Royal Assembly, wholly supported by His Virtuous Imperial Majesty Ryōta and the Government of President Daiki Delgado, proclaims an end to colonialism in Dovani. The de jure implementation of this act strictly depends upon the decolonization of Indrala and Hulstria & Gao-Soto, the only other remaining colonial powers on the continent. With the mutual cooperation of Indrala and Hulstria/Gao-Soto, all colonial possessions of the Great Kyo Empire will be granted total independence and sovereignty. Those colonial possessions are: http://i.imgur.com/vQhKigb.png * Commonwealth of Northern Dovani (blue) * New Englia (red) * Northern Vascania (purple) * Tropica (green) Alternative national divisions of these independent regions shall be determined by the collective will of their citizens. |
