| To the Congress, I propose the Emergency Lourenne Aid Resolution of 3776 to ensure that our allies in the Lourenne Civil War are able to be equipped with adequate and quantified military and financial aid. Rep. Stuart Garnett (C) Speaker of the Congress ----- Article 1 To provide the Democratic Conservative Party and affiliated allies within Lourenne 250,000 DNT in financial aid to assist in the Civil War. Article 2 To make it clear that the President has the authority to send troops from the Voronan Armed Forces to Lourenne and to command them and make military decisions as Commander-in-Chief. |
