| Mr Speaker, we have to cut spending as an urgent matter of fact, and abortion funding is one of these areas where we can safely withdraw government involvement without harming anyone, indeed, we will rather save many lives by implementing this measure. Until now, the law has encouraged abortion, and thus, as its cause, irresponsible sexual behavior, which is absurd.
