We will immediately establish an International Forum on Malivian Unrest for the dicussion and implementation of actions needed to resolve situation. The forum shall be active on a preliminary basis as soon as this bill is forward to chamber.

Representatives from foreign partners Zardugal, Beitenyu, Cobura, Dundorf & Indrala shall be invited to participate, along with representatives from the Artanian Union. This bill recognises the presence of Zardic, Beitenyu, Coburan and Dundorfian peacekeepers and observers within Malivia to monitor the situation and to provide material assistance to the GJP Government. Ths bill also recognises temporary opening up of Malivian airspace to Zardic Air Forces operating under command of the Malivian military, as well as proposed military equipment exchanges.with Cobura.
