| Compulsory Health and Safety regulations place certain businesses and industries in a stranglehold. Businesses that have gone decades, and even centuries, are being forced into changing their old traditional ways of operating due to a national Health and Safety law that doesn't cater to specific businesses and it's too general in the way it is applied. Therefore we believe health and safety standards should not be compulsory, but instead recommended to individual businesses on a case by case basis. |
