| We, the Forward Party of Dolgaria, have collectively decided to submit a motion of no confidence against the current Government and our President, Mr. Rodrigo Cairnson. Over the past year and a half, this party has uncovered undeniable evidence connecting our leader, Mr. Cairnson, to the New Face of the Empire (NFE), the last major radical Imperialist group, and the same group that assassinated former President Misha Malkovich in 3783. Federal investigations by the Dolgarian National Investigation Team (DNIT) have only confirmed our findings, and we believe that criminal charges will be pressed against Cairnson in the near future. Cairnson ran for the leader of the Forward Party six consecutive times, actively campaigning for twenty-eight years. We now have evidence that his unrelenting campaigns were directives from the NFE, happening with the intentions of undermining the Party and the Government in order to work towards a radical restoration of the former Empire, which was dissolved in 3759. Here at the Forward Party, we held a referendum with 84% member turnout. Of this amount, 97% voted to eject Cairnson as party leader. As condemnation for his actions, another 93% agreed that the Party should pass a motion of no confidence against our own government in order to remove this threatening person from public power. Our motion will result in the establishment of a provisional government to serve until our Party and Government have been thoroughly investigated. We will call another election in February of 3800 to return to the main election cycle. The Forward Party will vote on an interim leader immediately. |
