Bill: Government Posts of the Gurōraiku Mikuni-Harusutoria

Details

Submitted by[?]: Hausu Serujaku-Rabuzubāgu

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 4040

Description[?]:

As the government of Mikuni-Harusutoria is entirely aristocratic and feudal, all major government posts are considered to be "titles" rather than "ministries." As such, the Empire does not have a cabinet as such - but rather a select group of highly ranking nobility with specific responsibilities.

Therefore, the proper titles and terms of address for the following cabinet positions are as follows:
Minister of Foreign Affairs = The Daimyo-Ambassador, Chief Representative Abroad of the Imperial Sovereignty
Minister of Internal Affairs = Daimyo-Shogun of the Interior, Master of Police, Paramilitary Overseer, Imperial Champion,
Minister of Finance = Daimyo-Chancellor of the Exchequer, Second Lord of the Treasury,
Minister of Defence = Daimyo-Shogun of the Exterior, Commander of the Imperial Army, Lord High Admiral, First Samurai-Knight of the Empire
Minister of Justice = The Daimyo-Chief Justice, Magistrate of the Imperial Court,
Minister of Infrastructure and Transport = The Daimyo-Censor, Rail Controller and Maintainer of Roads
Minister of Health and Social Services = The Daimyo-Censor,

Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.
