| By passage of this act all able bodied men between 16 and 45 are required to report themselves to the nearest military station. By passage of this act a series of training manueveres in the air,see and on land will be conducted and carried out in the length between two weeks and three months, depending on the state of military training of the men. By passage of this act all women have to be registred. By passage of this act, the Princeps Senatus are given the authority to call a Special Situation at any time. This shall not change the constitution. |
