| The Government proposes the following increases in the national budget to accommodate a grand mobilisation of the Great Jelbek Horde, casualties and wartime transportation and infrastructural needs. - The Government promotes General Beki Mandkh Vrn to the rank of 'Generalissimo' and places the command of the Great Jelbek Horde under her, deputising the Supreme Commander , our Lord Khagan Laurens-Wrntukai. - The Government orders the grand mobilisation of all forces of the Great Jelbek Horde. Noble militias are also ordered to mobilise and report to where they are assigned to go. - The Government declares a State of Emergency which is to be renewed every two years. |
