Proposing a Cabinet+ withe the passage of this act the Imperium Selucianum aid act will come into effect:

Article 1:

The Selucian government is hereby empowered to provide all necessary and needed humanitarian aid in the Jelbic war to civilians and military personnel and to both sides.
There are no set budget boundries, however the government is forced to spend the money efficetly.
This law will be abolished automatically either by parliaentarian consent or by the end of the Jelbic war.
