| Article 1 This bill creates conscript stations to set up all over the Khanate as determined by the Mnistr of Defence. Article 2 Every male between the age of 14 and 45 is ordered to report to a conscript station in his local area for selection. Article 3 Failure to comply shall deemed to be high treason and punishable by death. Article 4 The official target is to raise at least 250,000 conscripts for the defence of the Khanate. |
